Why we started
Zero Aerosol Inc. opened its doors in July 2025 with a straightforward observation: consumables for small and medium businesses had quietly become a cost problem. The brake cleaner on the bench, the lubricant by the press. The legacy brands kept raising prices while the product stayed the same. We believed professional-grade performance and a fair price weren't mutually exclusive, and we built a company around proving it. Zero Aerosol is Canadian owned and operated, headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario.
What we make
The line is deliberately short: three formulas we can stand behind completely. Corrosion Shield Formula is a non-chlorinated brake cleaner that lays down a thin protective film. Original Formula is the classic fast-flashing, residue-free cleaner for everyday brake and parts work. ZD-80 Multi-Use Lubricant penetrates, displaces moisture, and protects against corrosion. Every can is non-chlorinated, low-VOC, 50-states compliant, and batch-tracked end to end.
Why we sell through dealers
You won't find a checkout button on this site, and that's on purpose.
